This comfortable Skye vegetarian ‘bed and breakfast’ is situated between the hills and Loch Pooltiel, with views over lovely Glendale, the sea loch and out to the Western Isles.
The first thing you might notice is the peace, the Skye colour and light show as sun sets over the giant cliffs.
Golden and sea eagles, buzzards and song birds swoop and chatter, lapwings and curlew, forage in the moorland.
Glendale supports wild flowers, herbs, amazing bright mosses and lichens among wonderful wetland plants growing in the salty rock margins at the loch side.
Seals, whales, dolphins and basking sharks can at times be seen in the waters from Neist Point Lighthouse while otter and stoat play shyly in the shadows.
The peace, nature and beauty here come entirely free. For a comfortable bed and a good vegetarian feed 'Six Willows Bed and Breakfast' is the place to be.
