The first thing you might notice is the peace, the colour and light show as sun sets over the giant cliffs.
Golden and sea eagles, buzzards and song birds swoop and chatter, lapwings and curlew, forage in the moorland.
Glendale supports wild flowers, herbs, amazing bright mosses and lichens among wonderful wetland plants growing in the salty rock margins at the loch side.
Seals, whales, dolphins and basking sharks can sometimes be seen in the waters from Neist Point Lighthouse while otter and stoat play shyly in the shadows.
The peace, nature and beauty here come entirely free. For a comfortable bed and a good feed Six Willows is the place to be.
Try our EXPERIENCE SKYE WEEKEND breaks for renewal of body and soul, something really different, enjoyable and memorable.
Special dietary needs can be catered for with prior notice.
